A cast brass knuckle duster hilt from a WWI US Mark I trench knife. Stamped "U.S. 1918" and "L.F.&C. 1918" (Landers, Frary & Clark), it has a spiked four-finger guard and crossguard opening for blade tang. Measures 4.5 inches wide.
