If we don't have a valid form on file, sales tax will be applied and won't be refunded. We do not honor out of date, incomplete, or incorrect forms. We will not accept pictures of forms that do not print out clearly. The DBA on file with the state must match the "purchaser" section of the ST 120. The DBA owner AND the auction purchaser must sign the form (if they are different). Forms can be scanned and emailed to [email protected] at least 2 hours before the auction starts closing. The sooner you send them, the better.
