A chrome wire rib and roast rack provides added versatility to this smoker, allowing you to easily hold larger roasts or multiple racks of ribs, freeing up space for more food at your cookout. Stainless steel meat hooks are also included and are perfect for smoking savory sausage links. The stainless steel charcoal tray is durable and will stand up to years of smoking your favorite foods. The twin door design allows you to add additional charcoal, wood chips and add liquid to the stainless steel water pan without letting all of the heat and moisture in the cabinet escape.
