Terms and Conditions – By registering for this auction, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Whether you’re a first-time bidder or a regular participant, here’s essential information to keep in mind when bidding in our auctions. Payments: After the auction closes, your payment method on file will be charged for any lots you’ve won. This total will include a 15% buyer’s premium and applicable state sales tax. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. If you are a cash buyer, you’ll receive an invoice with a balance due. HiBid allows you to store multiple cards in your profile, and you can select which card to charge when registering for each auction. Cash Buyers: If you prefer to pay in cash, please notify us in advance to avoid charging your card. Email us at [email protected] or use the "Contact Auctioneer" feature on any lot. Requests must be made before auction day. For cash payments, invoices must be settled within three business days. If payment isn’t received within this timeframe, your card on file will be charged. Misuse of the cash payment option may result in losing the ability to pay by cash. If your card fails to process, an invoice will be issued, which can be paid in person. Invoices will be sent from [email protected]. If you don’t receive an invoice, check your junk/spam folder. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction has fully concluded. Once the auction ends and invoices are generated, you’ll receive an email and a text message notifying you that you’re a winning bidder. These notifications are typically sent within an hour of the auction’s conclusion. Pickup times are as follows: Saturday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are closed on Sundays. Items must be picked up by 5:00 PM on the 10th business day after the auction closes. Items not collected by this deadline will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of. Our location: 420 N Geneva Road Lindon, Utah 84042 This auction is restricted to bidders from Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming who can pick up their items. NO SHIPPING. Due to out-of-state consumer fraud, we no longer ship items. Registrations from new out-of-state customers will be declined automatically. ATX Auctions Lindon is not responsible for removing items. Our staff can assist in moving items from the auction house to your vehicle but cannot help with securing or strapping items to the outside of your vehicle, in compliance with insurance policies. While our staff strives to inspect all items and verify their condition, the second photo in each listing shows the item’s condition or packaging.
