This cocktail pendant presents a square-octagon center gemstone framed by a halo and outer cluster, crafted in .925 sterling silver with a rhodium-plated finish and suspended from a cable chain with a spring ring clasp. It features a natural glass-filled octagon ruby approximately 10.00mm (6.50 carats) at center, sixteen natural round glass-filled rubies totaling 2.08 carats, and thirty natural round white topaz accents totaling 0.15 carats for a combined gemstone weight of 8.73 carats across 47 stones; the piece has a gross weight of approximately 7.38 grams and a polished finish suitable for evening wear.
