APPOINTMENT-BASED PICKUPS & UPDATED HOURS To improve organization, reduce wait times, and create a smoother pickup experience, all item pickups are now BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We'll announce when SimplyBook.me is officially phased out, while calling and texting will continue to be available. ***** UPDATED PICKUP HOURS Monday • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Tuesday & Wednesday Closed to Public Pickups Reserved for order preparation Thursday • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday • 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Items must be picked up no later than the Monday following the auction's close unless prior arrangements have been made. ***** IMPORTANT PICKUP NOTES --Please schedule your appointment before arriving whenever possible. --Customers arriving right when pickup opens may experience a short wait, as this is typically our busiest time. --If you're picking up more than 10 lots, please arrive at least 45 minutes before closing so our team has enough time to retrieve your items before pickup hours end. --Please bring sufficient help to load large or heavy items. Due to insurance restrictions, our staff can only assist to the front door when staff are available and able to safely lift the item(s). --Walk-in customers may experience longer wait times since orders may not be pre-pulled or payment verified in advance. --Walk-ins are worked into the queue after scheduled appointments. ***** CONSIGNMENT DROP-OFF HOURS By Appointment Only Monday–Friday • 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Please avoid arriving during buyer pickup hours whenever possible. ***** PREVIEW AVAILABILITY --Previews are available during the same hours as buyer pickups. ***** QUESTIONS?
