One tall handled mug with a glossy burgundy ground, red-orange poppy-style floral decoration, muted green and tan geometric foliage, and gold-colored trim on the rim, base, handle, and pattern outlines. The underside bears a green mark reading“LIMOGES,” “W. G.,” an unclear lower inscription, and “FRANCE.” One mug is included; no saucer, lid, or additional matching piece is present. Visible rubbing, dark marks, and minor losses affect portions of the floral decoration and burgundy ground.Gold-colored trim shows localized wear or abrasion, especially around the rim and handle. The underside has surface dirt, discoloration, and handling marks. No definite crack, chip, or repair is confirmed in the photographs, although the foot edge,rim, and handle junctions are not fully documented. The exact maker and lower mark inscription remain unconfirmed; the mark is consistent with a Limoges manufacturer or decorator, possibly associated with W.G., but no specific attribution isestablished.
