This is a Milwaukee Sawzall corded reciprocating saw, catalog number 6535, made in the U.S.A. in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The Sawzall name is Milwaukee's original reciprocating saw line, well known for heavy duty demolition and cutting. It comes with a wood cutting blade installed and a hex key for the blade clamp. Condition is used and rough. The aluminum housing is dirty and spotted with blue paint, and the power cord has a section wrapped in electrical tape near the handle, which buyers should inspect and repair before use for safety. Working condition has not been tested. Older corded Milwaukee Sawzall saws in working order commonly sell in the 30 to 70 dollar range, and this one is priced to reflect its wear and taped cord.
