This is a Power Torque towing ball mount, also called a receiver drawbar, that slides into a standard 2 inch trailer hitch receiver. The trailer ball is stamped PTW0002, 2 inch, J684, and 6000 LB, meaning it is rated for a 6000 pound gross trailer weight. The steel shank still carries part of the original Power Torque towing starter kit label. Condition is fair and used. There is heavy surface rust on the ball and along the shank, along with chipped black paint and general wear, but the part appears solid and usable. This is a single ball mount with a 2 inch ball, not a complete kit, and no hitch pin is included. Ball mounts like this commonly sell in the 10 to 25 dollar range used.
