This is a Patton High Velocity floor fan, model U2-20CW, a 20 inch three speed metal air circulator rated 120 volts and 2.7 amps. The control knob offers off, low, medium and high settings, and the fan sits on a chrome finish tubular base with a tilt adjustment. The chrome cage and blade show age with dust, light surface rust and scuffs, which is typical for these shop and garage fans. Patton high velocity fans are valued for strong airflow and durable all metal construction, and used 20 inch models commonly sell in the range of about 25 to 40 dollars.
