Please be sure to read descriptions, terms and conditions. If you are a shipper and bid on an item marked as no shipping, your bid will be deleted and account possibly blocked. If you normally transfer to another one of our offices and bid on a local pickup only item, your bid will be deleted and account possibly blocked. If you have any questions about this policy, don't hesitate to contact us. All items must be picked up within 2 weeks, unless earlier pickup is noted. NO EXCEPTIONS. All transfers and shippers will have cards charged on auction close night. If your card on file is declined, your invoice will reflect an additional premium. If balance is not settled within 3 days, you will no longer be able to bid on our auctions. La Crosse Pickups - Pickups are Wednesdays from 10am to 5pm, Thursdays from noon to 5pm or by appointment only Friday. Winona Pickups - All of our transfers to Winona go out the night of auction close. Please coordinate with your local office to pickup after that. Westby Pickups - All of our transfers to Westby will go within 2 weeks of auction close. Please coordinate with your local office to pickup after that. Sussex & St. Francis Pickups - As always, we will run cards on file shortly after auction close. Transfers to Sussex & St. Francis will be August 18th. Shippers - We pack invoices, charge cards and e-mail tracking the night of auction close. If any information on file is incorrect, you must let us know before the auction ends. We will try our best to ship all invoices within 2 days of auction close. You must have at least 6 months of bidding history and a minimum score on HiBid to bid on gold. We may ask for a picture of your driver's license to confirm bids.
