Return and Exchange Policy: AuctionHaeus sells all items "As-is, where is", meaning the item you purchase is sold in its current state where it is. We ONLY accept returns if the item does not work as described and if an exchange is unavailable. Items that have declared imperfections, missing parts, problems etc. are sold as-is with no return or exchange options whatsoever. Any return/exchange must be authorized and product must be brought back or shipped back to our Windsor, ON warehouse at the buyer's cost within 3 business days from authorization. A return request must be sent within 2 days from pick up date or within 5 business days from the auction closing date, whichever is sooner. Any authorized returns are given back in the form of auction credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
