Main Street, Paris, Kentucky 40361 Please follow signs and cones, then check in at the Side Garage Door and an auction staff member will assist you. Only one buyer at a time, others will need to wait until an auction staff member is available. Thank you for working with us during this time. All items must be picked up by the date(s) and time(s) stated in each auction. No shipping or loading assistance will be provided by McConnell Real Estate, Inc. Removal of items from the auction location(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any items not removed from the auction location(s) by Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6:00pm will, at the auctioneer's discretion, become the property of the auction center; or be discarded; or resold with proceeds retained by auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND or adjustments given to the purchaser for these forfeited items. If Buyers are unable to pick up their purchased items, or live outside the area, then we have provided contact information for a local shipping center below.
