Vintage 1/2 HP Electric Meat Grinder Model 510

Shows extensive wear from age and use, including chipped and worn finish, scratches, dings, surface oxidation, residue, and other handling marks. The motor runs and the grinder operates, but it is loud and has the typical operating sound of an older, well-used machine. The on/off switch does not function correctly and will not shut the motor off. The grinder must be unplugged to stop it, and the switch should be replaced before regular use. Please review all photographs carefully for condition. Vintage Model 510 1/2 horsepower electric meat grinder powered by a General Electric AC motor. The motor identification plate lists model 5KH38PC489, 1/2 HP, 1,725 RPM, single phase, 115 volts, 8.4 amps, and 60 Hz. Includes the grinder body, feed hopper, retaining ring, auger, four-blade cutting knife, and two different-size grinding plates. The manufacturer of the grinder has not been identified. Tested and working as described. Due to its age, worn condition, and faulty switch, it is being sold as a vintage machine that would benefit from servicing before regular use. Buyer should thoroughly clean, inspect, and service the grinder prior to processing food.
