Vintage Dufonte Lucien Piccard ladies quartz wristwatch with date display, Japan movement, gold-tone fluted bezel, stainless steel back, and leather Kreisler watch band. This Dufonte Lucien Piccard ladies wristwatch has a new battery installed and was running at the time of cataloging. It shows normal pre-owned wear from age and use, including scratches and finish wear to the case and bezel, light wear to the crystal, and noticeable wear, discoloration, and age to the leather Kreisler band. Please review all photos for condition. The watch features a gold-tone dial with applied hour markers, center seconds hand, date window at the 3 o'clock position with magnifying lens, a gold-tone fluted bezel, stainless steel case back, base metal bezel, Japan quartz movement, and a brown leather Kreisler replacement band with gold-tone buckle. Case diameter is approximately 26 mm excluding the crown. Lucien Piccard has long been recognized for producing stylish Swiss-inspired timepieces, while the Dufonte line offered attractive, affordable dress watches during the quartz era. This vintage example retains its classic two-tone styling and would make a nice addition to a vintage watch collection, everyday wardrobe, or retro accessory display.
