In rare circumstances, exceptions may be made only if approved by SD Deals before the pickup deadline. This policy is not directed at any one bidder. On average, we have more than 10 bidders each auction who do not pick up their items on time, often with 5–10 items each. As you can imagine, this quickly fills our warehouse and limits our ability to process incoming inventory and prepare the next auction.
