This lot features a 1928-P Silver Standing Liberty Quarter from the Philadelphia Mint. A classic example of early 20th-century U.S. coinage, this piece is a great addition for collectors of historic silver quarters and the Standing Liberty series. Minted from 1916 to 1930, the Standing Liberty Quarter was designed by Hermon A. MacNeil and features Liberty in a standing pose on the obverse. Composed of 90% silver, these quarters were produced during a significant era of American coinage and remain highly collected for their distinctive design, history, and precious metal content.
