This is a vintage 1969 Fischer Price Jolly Jumping Jack (#145) baby crib pull toy, featuring colorful green and blue plastic construction. When the string is pulled, the toy's legs, arms, and eyes move. It makes a squeaking notice when activated. The strap is in excellent condition, but Jack does have wear markings on his face and body.
