Shipping is available on most lots. Shipping is NOT free and we are not Amazon, so it won't be next day either. Requesting Shipping * When registering, please check the "Shipping Requested" box. * If you forget to check the box: * Out-of-state bidders will automatically be marked for shipping. * Local bidders who need shipping should simply reply to one of our pickup-day text messages and let us know shipping is needed. Payment Process Within 48 hours after auction close, winning bidders requiring shipping will receive a Square invoice for the items purchased only. * This invoice must be paid before your items will be processed for shipping. * A 4% credit card processing fee applies to all Square invoices. Once your items have been packed and weighed, you will receive a second Square invoice for actual shipping and handling charges. Packaging & Shipping Most items are packed and shipped in-house by Natural State Auction & Estate Sales. However, for oversized, fragile, high-volume, or specialty shipments, we reserve the right to utilize our local UPS Store or another third-party shipping provider. Any additional packing or handling fees charged by third-party shippers are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping Timeframe We are an auction company that offers shipping services—we are not a shipping company that conducts auctions. While many shipments are processed much sooner, please allow up to 3 weeks from pickup day for your items to be packed and shipped, depending on auction volume and workload. Furniture & Freight We do not ship furniture. However, we are happy to work with professional movers, freight carriers, or third-party delivery services. The buyer is responsible for arranging transportation and coordinating pickup dates with our staff in advance. Jewelry & Coin Purchases New jewelry and coin buyers who are not picking up in person: For jewelry and coin purchases totaling more than $250, payment must be made by: * Wire Transfer *Zelle Transfer * Cashier’s Check No exceptions. This policy applies only to first-time jewelry and coin buyers purchasing items for shipment. If you decide to switch from shipping to pickup after pickup day, there will be a fee as we have handled it, packaged it, paid shippers for their time and materials. We don't control the shipping cost. We try to keep prices as low as possible with very minimal handling charges. We can't help if shipping costs more than the item bought. Please plan accordingly.I
