Please do not call outside of these hours and expect us to answer as we have families just like everyone so these hours are followed.-TEXTING IS BETTER THAN CALLING FOR A RESPONSE! -When you register to bid and bid you must abide by the terms-If you do not make pickup your items are considered abandoned so please do not expect us to hold them or get them for you at an estate. Please be aware of this when bidding. No returns or refunds, please know what you are bidding on! -When pickup time ends, your time is up to pickup your items. Do not expect to arrive at 4:55pm and get an entire huge lot or lots-you will not be given time as we leave when time is up. Plan accordingly if you want to get your items, have help to load and tools if needed for removal.
