Terms And ConditionsTRUEBID CANADA INC. – TERMS & CONDITIONS Registration To participate in any TrueBid Canada Inc. auction, all bidders must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information. A valid credit card is required to verify bidder identity and eligibility. The billing address provided during registration must match the billing address associated with the credit card on file. By registering, bidders confirm they are of legal age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Payment Terms Registration is free of charge. A temporary $1.00 authorization may be placed on your credit card for verification purposes and will automatically be released by your financial institution. Accepted payment methods include: * Cash * Debit * Visa * Mastercard * E-Transfer Payment must be completed before or at the scheduled pickup time unless otherwise arranged with TrueBid Canada Inc. If payment is not received within the designated payment period, TrueBid Canada Inc. reserves the right to charge the credit card on file, cancel the transaction, resell the item, suspend bidding privileges, or pursue any legal remedies available. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all fees and taxes before placing bids. By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges and agrees to pay the winning bid amount, applicable Buyer’s Premium, and all applicable taxes. Bidding & Auction Rules All bids are legally binding and cannot be withdrawn once placed. Bidders are responsible for monitoring their bids throughout the auction. TrueBid Canada Inc. may provide outbid notifications as a courtesy; however, delivery of notifications is not guaranteed. All items are sold to the highest bidder at the close of the auction, subject to any reserve prices or seller approvals that may apply. TrueBid Canada Inc. reserves the right to reject any bid, cancel any auction, remove any lot, or suspend any bidder account at its sole discretion. Pickup & Item Removal Pickup is by appointment only. Scheduled pickup times are: * Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM * Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute intervals. Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate assistance, tools, packing materials, and transportation required to remove their purchases safely. Buyers have up to seven (7) days following the auction close to collect purchased items unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing by TrueBid Canada Inc. Items not collected within the designated pickup period may be considered abandoned without refund. In such cases, TrueBid Canada Inc. reserves the right to resell, dispose of, or donate abandoned items and charge any associated costs to the buyer. Shipping
