Violating these rules will result in a ban from future auctions. Pick-Up Guidelines Each week features a new auction. The Tuesday & Wednesday immediately following the auction are designated for pick-up. Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth experience: 1. Schedule Your Pick-Up Use this page to book a date and time that works for you. Pick-up appointments must be scheduled for the week immediately following the auction you participated in. - You must schedule an appointment — do not just show up. If you cannot schedule online, text or email us at (832) 588-8782 / [email protected] to set one up. 2. Make Sure Your Payment Is Complete Invoices are sent via Square to your email. Payment must be completed before pickup. We do not charge cards automatically. If paying cash or Zelle, please notify us before your appointment. 3. Arrive On Time Come to 8415 Queenston Blvd, Houston, TX 77095 during your selected time slot. Pickup Time Slots: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM 3:00–4:00 PM is lunch — please do not arrive during this time. 4. Notify Us Upon Arrival Please park and call or text (832) 588-8782 when you arrive, and we will bring your order out to your vehicle. By scheduling a pick-up time, you agree to arrive at the scheduled time and collect your items. Items will not be held for late arrivals, and unclaimed items will be forfeited without refund.
