Shipping and Handling Costs Our shipping and handling costs are calculated based on several factors, including the weight and dimensions of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the delivery destination. These costs cover packaging materials, labor, and carrier fees to ensure your order is securely packed and delivered on time. If you purchase multiple items, we will do our best to combine them into one package whenever possible to reduce shipping costs. We always choose the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option to provide you with the best rate. If you have any questions about your shipping charges, feel free to contact us! Shipping - if you require shipping - please indicate this in the 'notes to auctioneer' Or email us after invoice is sent and we will arrange. Shipping/Handling Charges: Handling Charges: $10 handling fee for bubble mailers $15 packaging/handling fee per box $20 packaging/handling fee per box for large boxes and/or breakable items requiring extra time to pack. Carrier charges: You will be charged what the carrier charges us, PLUS our handling fee as listed above. All charges are plus applicable taxes. Charges are per box shipped not per lot, items will be shipped using Canada Post. You will be charged what the carrier charges us plus our fees. (We don't provide shipping quotes as this is difficult to do until items is packaged and weighed. Shipping costs greatly vary depending on size, weight, and location.) Credit cards will be charged for items purchased the morning after the auction closes, your credit card will be charged for shipping once the item is ready to ship. An email will be sent at this time with final invoice and tracking number. We ship within Canada and the US. We ship to the address on your Hibid account so ensure it is correct. $20 charge for items returned from the carrier plus the shipping charge the carrier charges us to return the item, due to incorrect address. WE DO NOT SHIP OVER SIZED ITEMS for example - large furniture. Please check with us before bidding on an item if you are unsure.
