A painted sculptural figure depicting a smiling gentleman character. The figure wears a light gray and black top hat, a black coat with gold buttons, a white collar, and a blue and white patterned bow tie. He has white gloves and vertically striped light gray and dark gray pants, with black shoes. The figure holds a fan of red playing cards in his right hand and a brown cane or walking stick in his left arm. A pinkish-purple handled item, possibly an umbrella, is tucked into the left side of his jacket. The figure stands on a round, textured base painted green to resemble grass, with light brown edges. A small brown and green plant-like object is visible on the base behind the figure. There are minor visible chips and paint loss consistent with a used item.
