A plastic M&M's character figure, predominantly blue, designed in the likeness of the Blue M&M. The figure holds a small orange basketball on its head with both white-gloved hands. It features black eyes with white pupils, a red mouth, and a white 'm' logo on its chest. The character wears white and black sneakers and has a blue elbow pad on its right arm. The back of the figure shows a visible slot on the upper back and two circular holes below, consistent with a candy dispenser mechanism. The figure stands on a circular, tan-colored base. The underside of the base features embossed text and graphics including: 'THE MILK CHOCOLATE MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH, NOT IN YOUR HAND!', 'OFFICIAL M&M'S BRAND COLLECTIBLE', an illustration of two M&M's characters (red and yellow), 'CE' symbol, ' MARS INC.
