The obverse features portraits of two important figures in Peruvian history: Miguel Grau Seminario, the greatest hero of the Navy, and Francisco Bolognesi Cervantes, a symbol of national defense. Both figures are depicted with remarkable artistic detail, surrounded by the national coat of arms in the center. The reverse features an impressive representation of the historic sanctuary of Machu Picchu, one of Peru's most iconic cultural landscapes and a World Heritage Site, engraved with a rich color scheme that enhances the majesty of the Inca citadel.
