Obverse: Portrait of Nicolás de Piérola, Peruvian president and reformer. National coat of arms at center. Serial: A0223199L. Reverse: View of the Iglesia de la Caridad in Lima, historic site of the First National Congress of Peru. Condition: Circulated, with folds and signs of wear, yet overall well preserved with good details and color retention (see photos). Graded collectible condition.
