Return and Refund Process 1. Eligibility and Timeframes Refunds or returns may only be requested starting 3 days after the item has been picked up. To be eligible, your item must have been picked up within the first week after the auction closed. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items picked up after this initial week. 2. How to Initiate a Return Under no circumstances are returns or refunds immediate. The process begins through one of the following methods: In-Store: If you visit our physical store, you must fill out a return form with your personal information and the auction item details. Our team will review your request to determine if a return is approved. Via Email: If you send an email to our support team, you will be scheduled for a drop-off appointment to return the item and officially start the process. 3. Resolution Process and Timelines Once the review process is initiated, a final decision will be made within 10 days (though it is usually resolved in less than a week). Depending on the condition of the item, our decision may result in one of the following outcomes: First Instance (Replacement): As a primary solution, we will replace the defective item with an identical new one, provided it is in stock. Second Instance (Refund): If we do not have a replacement in stock, we will issue a refund. Partial Refund Fallback: Depending on the condition of the item, we may issue a refund for the auction value of the item and taxes, but the buyer's premium (commission) and handling fee will be strictly withheld by the company. 4. Required Conditions for Return We strictly enforce the following conditions. No exceptions will be made: The item must be returned with its original box and all accessories provided at the time of pickup. We will never accept items that are damaged by the user, missing parts/accessories, or returned without the original packaging. 5. Refund Method There are absolutely no instant or cash refunds. All approved monetary refunds will only be issued back to the credit/debit card that was registered on your HiBid account.
