ATX Auctions Olive Branch Auction Terms and Conditions By registering for or participating in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Payments Automatic Payment: The credit or debit card registered to your HiBid account will be automatically charged for all winning bids after the auction closes. The total amount charged will include the winning bid amount, a 15% buyer’s premium, and all applicable Mississippi sales taxes. After payment has been processed, a paid invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your HiBid account. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive your invoice. Cash Payments: Bidders who wish to pay with cash must notify ATX Auctions Olive Branch before the auction closes. You may contact us by using the “Contact Auctioneer” option within HiBid or email us as [email protected] Cash payments must be completed during the designated pickup period. If payment is not received by the final day of pickup, the card registered to your HiBid account may be charged automatically. Pickup and Shipping Pickup Schedule: Winning bidders may pick up their items during the following hours: • Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM • Saturday: 11:00 PM–3:00 PM • Sunday: Closed Pickup Location: ATX Auctions Olive Branch 8300 Industrial Dr. Olive Branch, MS 38654 Bidders are responsible for bringing the necessary vehicles, equipment, packing materials, and assistance needed to safely load and transport their purchases. No Shipping: This is a local pickup-only auction. Shipping is not available. Please do not bid unless you or an authorized representative can pick up your items in person. Abandoned Items: Any items not picked up within 14 calendar days of the auction closing date will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items may be disposed of, donated, resold, or otherwise removed without notice or refund. Payment for abandoned items will not be refunded. Item Conditions ATX Auctions Olive Branch makes reasonable efforts to inspect merchandise and test basic functionality when possible. The second photo in each lot listing contains the item condition classification. Because our inventory includes liquidation, overstock, returned, shelf-pull, and previously handled merchandise, we cannot guarantee that every item has been fully inspected or tested. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photos, descriptions, condition information, and lot details before placing a bid. Returns and Refunds 10-Day Guarantee: Unless otherwise stated in the listing, eligible items include a 10-day guarantee beginning on the auction closing date. This guarantee applies only when an item has been materially misrepresented or has a qualifying defect that was not disclosed in the listing.
