Detailed Terms & Conditions: 1. About Amaze Deal Corp : Welcome to Amaze Deal Corp Inc! Our primary goal is to provide access to high-quality products at competitive prices. We operate as an online auction platform, offering a diverse range of items, including electronics, household goods, health & beauty products, home and kitchen appliances, tools, and more. Our inventory consists of both sealed and open-box items, primarily sourced from customer returns, overstock shelf pulls, and unclaimed packages from reputable online retailers. Each item is carefully inspected by our team to ensure proper working condition and accurate descriptions. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any inquiries or concerns. 2. Registration Process: To ensure accurate payment processing, please verify your credit card information. The billing address on your card must match our records. Your Hibid reputation score will determine your eligibility to bid. If your score is below 0 or if there are negative notes from other auctioneers, a refundable deposit of $100 CAD will be required. The deposit will be refunded if you do not win the auction or applied to your invoice if you win. During registration, you may also indicate your preferred payment method (Debit/Cash/E-transfer). Please note that requesting shipping during registration does not automatically initiate the shipping process (refer to Section 7). 3. Bidding Guidelines: Once a bid is placed, it is final and cannot be reversed. Please bid carefully. If you fail to adhere to this policy, Section 8 may apply. You can inquire about any items during the auction using the "Contact Auctioneer" button. Responses may be delayed on weekends due to our closure on Saturdays and Sundays. However, queries will be addressed promptly on weekdays. 3.1 Reserve Fee: A reserve fee is applied to safeguard the seller, ensuring the item is not sold for less than its value. If the bidding does not meet or exceed the reserve fee, the item may remain unsold. 4. Invoices & Clerking: Invoices will be generated within 24 hours of the auction's closure. These invoices will provide detailed information about the item(s) you won, including item quantity, description, payment breakdown (including Total Extended Price, Buyer’s Premium [16% auction fee + $1 per item], Tax [13%], and Invoice Total). 5. Payment Requirements: Payment for won items is due within 24 hours after the auction closes. If your card is declined, it is your responsibility to resolve the issue and clear the outstanding balance. "By accepting our terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree that we may request a valid photo ID and credit card information for verification purposes."
