This antique Roberval balance scale was manufactured by S. G. Canby and Company of Philadelphia. The frame is marked S. G. CANBY & CO PHILA and the base bears the name O. H. COPP.Height: 5.5 inchesWidth: Approximately 10 inches.Antique condition with significant oxidation and surface pitting, particularly on the weights. The mechanical pivots are secured with wire cotter pins and appear complete.
