This set of twelve miniature porcelain bowls features hand-painted overglaze enamel decoration depicting female figures and animals from the Chinese zodiac. The collection includes eight bowls illustrating traditional beauties and four bowls featuring snake, dragon, pig, and rabbit motifs, the latter of which is set against a cobalt blue ground. Each piece displays a dense floral pattern on the exterior and bears a red stamped mark reading Zhongguo Zhizao on the base. The set is housed in a G.D. Crafts branded green fabric box with red lining and toggles.Dimensions: Each bowl measures approximately 1 inch high by 2 inches in diameter. Box 8.5 by 6.5 inches.Items are in overall excellent condition with minor rubbing to the gilt rims. The presentation box exhibits light shelf wear and a small surface abrasion to the front edge.
