We plugged it up and it does turn on. Everything is moving. Apparently the light bulb needs to be replaced because we did not see any light. On the very bottom base of it needs to be cleaned. The rubber surface is deteriorated. It comes with the original box. It is a little musty smelling from being in storage. Please see photos for more details.
