Antique Japanese satsuma earthenware teapot. Decorated with hand painted Japanese figures and flowers. With brown trim with gold highlights. Signed on the base Diakozan. Meiji Taisho period. Has crazing typical of earthenware, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 7 3/4 inches wide from spout to handle x 5 3/8 inches tall to the top of the lid finial.
