Nice antique Japanese porcelain cracker or biscuit jar. Decorated with a cobalt band with raised gold floral designs and gold beading. Hand painted pink flowers below. Gold gilding to the handles. Marked on the bottom with a blue Maple leaf and Nippon Hand Painted. This mark was used between 1891 and 1911. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 8 7/8 inches wide from handle to handle x 6 inches x 4 7/8 inches tall to the top of the lid. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. We can offer packaging and shipping on this lot to a domestic USA address for $30.
