Vintage British bone china tea cup and saucer. Decorated with a large pink rose in the center. Has a blue border with gold flowers and scrollwork. Gold gilding along the edge. White on the outside with a gold band around the center. Marked on the bottom By Appointment To Her Majesty The Queen China Potters Paragon Fine Bone China England Regd in black. This mark was used between 1960 and 1963. Also marked with the pattern number A 3943/1. Has wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. The cup measures approximately 4 3/4 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide.
