Austria Saxe hand painted dessert / cake plate with handles. Painted with large roses in pink, yellow and purple with gold leaves.3/4 Handles painted to look like branches. Measures approximately 10 3/4 inches long with handles and 10 1/8 inches across without the handles. No chips or cracks or crazing. There are some scratches from use and some loss to gold gilt to edges on the high points. marked 1543 / 1035. Circa late 19th or early 20th century.
