Meissen chocolate cup with playing cards design and serpent handle. It translates to " To the Pledge of Friendship" Not sure what the bottom translates to. Measures approximately 4 inches to top of handle and 2 7/8 inches in diameter. Very nice condition with no chips or cracks or crazing.
