Set of 8 British grey earthenware plates. 6 of the plates are decorated with different children's activities in black transfer. 2 of the plates have adults in black transfer. Gold gilding along the edge. Impressed Pinder Bourne & Co with a date code 77 for 1877. These have crazing typical of earthenware, wear consistent with age and use, wear to the gilding, and one of the plates has heavy staining. Each plate measures approximately 9 inches wide.
