Bohemian glass with ruby flashing on clear with 3 etched panels. One reads Frohsinn ( Cheerfulness), one reads Gesundheit ( Good Health), and one reads Begluche Deine Lage (Bless your Condition). It measures approximately 4 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inch in diameter. There is a rough spot on lip edge and scratches from use.
