Nice French porcelain charger with relief molded ribbon edge. Decorated with multicolor flowers and small blue corn flowers along the border. With gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse GDA France in green. According to the Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain by Mary Frank Gaston, this mark was used by Gerard, Duffraisseix & Abbott in Limoges France between 1900 and 1941. Also marked GDA in a wreath. This mark dates between 1941 and the present. Has some usage wear and wear to the gilding and a small filed down & gilded over in manufacture defect to the edge, but no chips or cracks. Measures approximately 12 inches wide.
