Nice antique pearlware domed top coffee pot. Decorated with the birds, flowers, and scrollwork in red transfer from the border of the William Adams Gothic pattern. Unmarked. Circa 1829 to 1840s. Has crazing typical of earthenware, a chip to the inner rim of the lid, some glaze wear around the edge of the lid, a small flake and a bruise to the tip of the spout, and a tight crack that extends partially around the base, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 10 7/8 inches wide from spout to handle x 12 inches tall to the top of the lid finial. We can offer packaging and shipping on this lot to a domestic USA address for $40.
