Nice antique porcelain plate with relief molded and gilt highlighted scrollwork edge. Decorated in the center with a hand painted topographical landscape scene depicting the Schmücke framed in gold bands and scallops. With gold gilt grape designs along the border. Has an impressed Gotha mark and overglaze Gotha mark used between 1860 and 1883. Also signed on the reverse with the name of the scene, Schmücke, in black. Has some wear to the gilding and some scratches to the scene, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 1/4 inches wide.
