This Coin Is The Fifteenth Release In The 50 State Quarter Program, Showcasing A Detailed Design On The Reverse That Features The Federal Hill Mansion In The Background And A Thoroughbred Racehorse Behind A Fence In The Foreground. It Contains .1808 Oz Of Silver And Was Designed By T. James Ferrell, With The Obverse Displaying The Profile Of George Washington, Designed By John Flanagan And William Cousins. Coins Minted In San Francisco Bear The "s" Mint Mark. It Is In Gem Proof Condition And Has A Thickness Of 1.7mm And A Diameter Of 24.3mm.
