This 1962 Franklin Half Dollar, In A Gem Proof Condition, Is A Nice Coin For A Proof Type Set. Containing .3575 Oz Of Silver With A Purity Of .900, This Coin Was Designed By John R. Sinnock. The Obverse Displays A Right-facing Portrait Of Benjamin Franklin, With "liberty" Inscribed Above And "in God We Trust" Below, And The Date To Franklin’s Right. The Reverse Shows The Liberty Bell With The Legend Above, The Denomination Below, And "e Pluribus Unum" To The Left, With An Eagle With Outstretched Wings To The Right.
