?? 8-Year-Old Grade Mare ?? Looking for a safe, gentle horse? Take a look at this sweet mare! This 8-year-old grade mare has been ridden primarily by youth riders, but she's also suitable for a small adult. She's been ridden both on the trails and in the arena and has always been a dependable ride with no funny business. She's gentle and easygoing, but she could use a little reminder on ground manners. She doesn't always stand perfectly still while being saddled or bridled—not because she's mean, but because she's spent her life with young kids and has gotten away with a few little things. To be sure of her disposition, we had Michael get on her and really put her through her paces. He spurred her, used a whip, and asked every question he could think of. She never offered to buck or act up. She's the kind that will pack a child or a small adult all day long and is ready to make someone a wonderful family horse.
