SHIPPING INFORMATION: Most items in this auction can be shipped anywhere within the United States. Please ensure your address on HiBid is accurate and up to date. If your address is listed out of state, we will generally assume shipping is required. However, due to our proximity to Tennessee and Arkansas, many customers choose to pick up in person—if you require shipping, you must notify us. We charge a flat packaging and handling fee of $5.99 per box (not per item), plus the actual cost of shipping. We do not add any additional fees. The credit card on file will be automatically charged. If there is an issue processing payment for your order or shipping, we will send an email and set your order aside pending resolution. Orders with unresolved payment issues may not be revisited until the following week. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, items will be considered forfeited with no refund. Please consider the size and weight of items before bidding, as this directly impacts shipping cost and feasibility. Larger and heavier packages will be more expensive and, in some cases, may not be eligible for shipping. We always do our best to consolidate items to achieve the lowest possible shipping cost. Orders over $125 will include shipping insurance. If your package arrives damaged or you believe items are missing, please take multiple photos of the package and its contents and email them to us so we can assist with filing a claim. Orders are packaged and shipped Wednesday through Friday each week. We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive two emails: a payment receipt and a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not see these emails. If you are located in Mississippi or nearby states (TN/AR) and require shipping, you must notify us via email, phone, or text at [email protected] or (662) 877-1493 no later than 4:00 PM CST during the 3-day pickup window so we can update your order before shipping begins.
