These Terms are effective as of the time you register for this auction. Acceptance is required to register for each event. This version of these Terms replaces and supersedes any prior terms of use applicable to the Site for this auction event. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. Bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition of the item before bidding. No special warranty is made or implied by Back to the Past Collectibles regarding authenticity or era of described items. • All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Buyer's Premium is 19%. Michigan 6% sales tax is assessed for bidders within the state of Michigan at time of billing unless a tax exemption is on file. • BTTP is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against BTTP if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. • BTTP will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. • All items offered for sale are offered for sale by auction only.
