This 14K yellow gold plated .925 sterling silver cocktail ring centers a natural round pink sapphire (8.00mm, 2.20 carats) set in a polished bezel and is surrounded by twenty-six natural round pink sapphires (1.50mm, 0.78 carats) and eight natural round white topaz accents (1.00mm, 0.04 carats) in a pave halo for a total stone weight of 3.02 carats and a total of 35 stones; all sapphires are heat treated and the topaz is heat treated, and the piece has a fine polished finish with a gross weight of 4.4 g.
