Extra large approx 3ft x 3ft, framed Marlee (signed) oil-on-canvas painting depicting a colorful hot-air balloon festival with numerous balloons, spectators, vehicles and a distant mountain landscape. Presented in an ornate gilted frame; visible paint lifting and loss in the upper-right sky, scattered surface abrasions, and age-related wear and minor chipping to the frame.
